Laminated Dock Bumpers are manufactured at 1,500 lbs. Pressure. Designed to eliminated dock damage and costly repairs,Laminated Dock Bumpers have been engineered and tested to withstand constant abrasion and shock. Available in many popular sizes,they are frequently customized for special installations on new building or to retrofit an existing dock.
ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATIONS:
The 4 x 4.5 bumpers are closed with two 3 x 2.5 x .25 structural angles. The anchor leg of the angle on the 6 bumper extends 3 beyond the rubber surface at either end. Bumper pads are compressed under approximately 1,500 pounds of pressure. Flat end plates may be substituted for angles and galvanized steel components are available upon request.
